GRETA K is the worst health insurance agent I have ever met in my life!!. She totally messed up my health insurance application by putting an incorrect date of birth for two years in a row. I asked her last year to correct my date of birth, which she said she did, but apparently she didn't do anything and because of her negligent mistake the hospital is denying to pay for my hospital visit and my $4,000 bill will be sent to collections soon, because they didn't recognize my health insurance. The most upsetting part is that when I called to get an explanation, she critically refused to admit her fault and ignorantly told me that she did not input my info and did not even apologize or tried to accommodate the situation. I had gone to her office, met with her and she had processed my info and took a copy of my driver's license and now she is saying that she didn't process it. She was trying to convince me that date of birth is not an important part in a health insurance. Really? That's actually the most important part. That's how doctors recognize you in the medical field. Just unbelievable how rude, ignorant, careless and unprofessional can someone be, I am just speechless. People, save your time and look for another health insurance agency for you.
Lions Partners is AMAZING! All the agents there are so professional and educated. They have the best life insurance plans and they also work with covered california for health insurance! If you need any of these I'd highly recommend them especially Silva Chalikyan and Paul Pogosyan :)
Had to contact mais several times for response. Finally got ahold of him and the whole conversation was argumentative. Worst customer service ever. When I'm explainings 'do not worry about that at this time, does not apply if that changes I'll let you know' That should explain it does not apply. ANOTHER helpful broker who knows customer service has finally been found
